Why should you Meditate?

When you feel tired, rest is the next thought prompting your mind. When your mind is distressed or depressed, what are you doing to reinstate it?

Fatigue affects the body and the brain. We care about the health of our body to a certain extent, but what about the mind? When we do more physical work our body is tired and we take rest. When we are doing more cognitive work our brain also needs rest to restore the power to do more work. Our brain is a small organ in our body, but it uses 20% of our energy. If you work in the office and feel tired in the evening, what could be the reason? Many people ignore that the brain needs rest. When you allow yourself a good night’s sleep, your brain thanks you for having some time to flush out the toxins that have built up from your hard work.

What about your emotional space? How do you discharge your emotions and allow your mind to relax? Most people don’t think about emotional balance and the need for the rest of the mind. What should we need to do besides rest, sleep, and exercise? Meditation to strengthen the mind. While you are in meditation, relaxing and releasing all negative thoughts and impurities  from your brain. Many people follow meditation with prayer. Those at higher levels of spirituality benefit from such meditation.

You can start your meditation practice with simple breathing exercises and move on to more advanced methods. Regular meditation can help improve your mental health, happiness, creativity, emotional balance, brain development, physical health, lifestyle, heal inner wounds and chronic illnesses. Meditation should be practiced at an early age. Through this they will get ready to face loneliness. Finding time for meditation should not be a problem. Start with 10 minutes a day, then increase to 10 minutes in the morning and evening. Next step is to increase it to 15 minutes twice a day. A lot of quality time can be harnessed for many activities by following such simple techniques. By practicing visualization, imagination, discipline, and time management in parallel, enhances your results.

Encourages you to develop meditation skills.
