Why exercise?

Laziness is our birthright. Some will spoil their lives by keeping it. Others will put it off and cultivate a bright future through exercise. What kind of person are you?

Why exercise? What things should be practiced? How to practice? Exercise is part of our  training. A healthy life is possible only with a strong body and brain. Daily exercise is very essential, as is eating at the right time. Practicing new things daily will help increase your life.

Babies will not learn to stand up, walk, talk, or do things on their own if they are lazy. Remember, if any children are lazy or introverted, it is because their parents did not allow them to try those things at all. It is natural that these children later become troublemakers in their lives, homes and society. Children make mistakes in everything they do, even the first timers. What if you don’t try new things thinking that you will make mistakes? Those people will not excel in anything in life. Practice makes progress.

You will never be a slacker if you have watched a baby learn to walk or start to talk. How difficult it is for a baby to learn to lie down, crawl, stand up, walk, and run on its own. Even if you learn to run well, it is natural to fall at any age. Those who practice living without other help are the ones who can live long, healthy, happy and proud lives. Remember, human assistive devices, computers, and artificial intelligence help us, but at the same time, their overuse stunts the development of our bodies and brains. Therefore, we must practice physical and intellectual exercises till death. When the body moves the brain grows.

Encourages you to have a healthy body and mind with regular exercise.

1 thought on “Why exercise?”

  1. “You use it or lose it”
Physical activity can help you think, learn, problem-solve, and enjoy an emotional balance and helps to reduce anxiety and depression.
Exercising both body and mind are equally important. People who exercise and maintain proper nutrition are less susceptible to the cognitive declines caused due to aging process. Exercise can promote the formation of new brain cells. Moving your body can help 0 brain work better.
Exercises that incorporates coordination such as a dance, learning some thing new like music, play musical instruments, dance, drawing, painting, reading, memorizing, focusing, reasoning, using your imagination, mental math, doing crossword puzzles, jig saw puzzles, memorizing shopping list rather than writing it,actively participating in discussion, games like chess all of which can help to sharpen your brain. Brain games are good, but if your work involves a lot of screen time, it’s not one of the best.
