Do you need Resilience, maturity, and excellence in life? How can these be achieved?
Those who have experience in life grow mature. As the saying goes, experience is the teacher. But no one needs any experience, maturity, or excellence. On the contrary, the motto is to work very little, earn a lot, and live lavishly. Many people are researching how easy this can be.
Students do not study well according to their ability and try to crack the exam somehow. Schools try to make a profit by charging higher fees. Doctors, engineers, and other workers are trying ways to make easy money by going on strike and defaulting on jobs. Governments generate revenue by raising taxes. No one has time to think that excellence can be improved by cutting costs and increasing efficiency. What a paradox it is.
Success in any area comes with many days of practice. It is less likely to achieve this level of sophistication when trying to reach heights through shortcuts. Therefore, this fast growth does not last long. High standards are also required in education, work, health, leisure, recreation, and the arts.
As the saying goes, failure is the precursor to success. Life becomes sweeter when it overcomes failures, shortcomings, and weaknesses. Many parents do not allow their children to fail. Lower grades are not acceptable. No one bothers to think that toppers in the exams fail in life. Defeats are easy to deal with when you are young, but when you are older, making amends is very difficult, and many people admit defeat and run away from life.
Encourages them to grow mature, hard-working, and not afraid of accepting defeat.
