This is the time when life without disease is a myth. Are you suffering from measles? How to live disease free?

As the comforts of life have increased, time, peace, health, happiness and good relationships have greatly diminished. Most people use multi-tasking to get more done in less time. But although man knows that this method is impractical, few accept it. When you are involved in many things without valuing your time, you tend to forget your priorities. This condition affects our mental and physical health.

Good food in moderation, proper rest, adequate sleep and a life without fuss can help boost mental health. Eating on time, sleeping, thinking, speaking and doing only positive things are the factors that help to increase the health of the mind and body. Be diligent about your time, whether you are sick or not, whether you have work or not. We should live in the mindset that our health is in our hands and not in the hands of the doctor.

We should understand the value of life. As much as we keep a diamond or gold safe, how much should we keep our life which is ten times more valuable than that? A healthy mind molds a healthy body. Thus a healthy brain is formed. A properly trained brain can protect us from lifelong diseases. If you practice in this way, the current diseases will also disappear.
