Are you strong? What power do you need most? What must we do to become strong?
Many people think about physical strength. They believe that anything can be achieved if the body is strong. They believe that if adequate medicine is available, they can control any disease and live any way they want. An unorganized life, untimely and uncontrolled diet, inadequate sleep, extravagant life, excessive use of fashion and beauty products, etc. can destroy not only the body but also the mental health and the brain. No matter what, there is no benefit without a good brain. It is the brain, not the drug, that keeps your body and mind healthy. So a strong and trained brain will take care of you till the end of life. Don’t forget the power of the brain. Remember, you are responsible for doing whatever it takes to maintain your brain health.
