What does it mean to retire? Many young people are preparing for early retirement. They think retirement life is only for enjoyment. When do you want to retire?
Retiring from work is a big deal for many people. After this step, many people have the impression that the good time of life is over. Such people see the later period as a time to prepare for the end of life. If this one thought occurs, the person becomes mentally exhausted. If the mind is weak, the body will also lose health and fall ill. Such people are forced to accept death at least a few years or a few months earlier. What a tragic situation, right?
Each day we go to sleep at dusk retiring from that day, rested and ready to wake up strong for the next day. For those who do this process right, retirement is just a transition to another routine and not retirement from active life. We should also be able to accept retirement from work with the same ease as a job change.
Many have seen years of hard work come to an end and be devastated when they lose it. Why do these people see work bigger than their lives, bigger than family? Do the institutions they serve think of them that way? This is something we should seriously think about. When one job ends, we should be ready to start another. Let it be the work you love and waiting life long.
What you need to do today is prepare yourself to live the next 100 years. If God has given you so much life, why waste it less? From the moment you think life is tired, your brain begins to exhaust your body in preparation for death. Realize that we, not others, are the guardians of our own mortality.
Commit to living contentedly, lovingly, without complaint in any life situation.
