How can you develop resilience?

Most people start new learning and practices, but a few can complete them. Do you have such a problem of missing expectations? How can you overcome this situation by establishing resilience?

The enthusiasm you will have at the beginning of a new activity may go down quickly and lose momentum. Most of the time, you end up stopping those activities before their completion. The ultimate reason for this situation is missing the power of resilience. Initial positive results may encourage you, but shortly winding down your enthusiasm. You miss the self-motivation to abstain from an anticipated failure or withdrawal from a desired inactivity.

Starting something new will be exciting, but your brain always wants to be in its comfort zone of doing what it usually does. To overcome the challenges of your brain, you need to continue doing new things until they become familiar to your brain. You need to develop your willpower to nail down the procrastination tactics of your brain to push forward with any change you want to bring into your life. Be determined about your results and spend time practicing it. Identify the purpose of your life. A man without vision lives in darkness. Such people complain about others doing nothing to help them.

Failure is the stepping stone to success. When you are tired of failures, you need more practice to do it better. Failure is not counting as a weakness, but progressing in what you are doing. If you don’t do anything, you will not face failures. Does it sound good to you? I wish it wouldn’t.

You can learn from babies learning to walk or speak. They take a considerably long time to understand the nuances of every activity and practice unlimited times to master new skills in their life. When they fail, they smile (I tried once again attitude) and try it again until they succeed. Continue your efforts to improve your level. Practice, practice, practice! Do more exercises, learn new techniques, engage with positive peer groups, develop self-motivation, treat learning as a competition, etc. This way improves the power of resilience.

Resilience helps you survive when failures and unexpected results demotivate you during difficult times.
